Re Create Soap Bottles

I found this on Pinterest of course, but this was too cute to share...

This is a Dial soap bottle-the ones straight from the grocery store and spray painted with bronze spray paint. How cute is this??

Unfortunately I cannot seem to locate the original blog it came from but someone is owed some creativity points for this one!!! It looks soo classy!!

Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

Yesterday I received a friendly text message that said "GET BACK TO BLOGGING!!!" well not quite like that, but a friend told me she kept checking for my new posts! EKK! can we say busy?! So here we go...

Throughout my journey to try and eat healthy I have had one major snafu... BBQ Sauce. I LOVE the stuff like a fat kid loves cake. I have forever been searching for Fat Free or Sugar Free varieties of the stuff I can't live without and I have not been able to find what have I been doing? eating the real thing. duh. Sadly that is not so good for me, but while checking through my random emails last night I came across these words....SUGAR FREE BBQ SAUCES. Ahhhh!!! Is it true? Have I finally found the right stuff??

Guy is his name (and though I admit I thought it was Guy Fierra from Foodnetwork, I have to admit I now love this man). So these new sauces look FANTASTIC!!! They are also glutten free, trans fat free and low sodium (again, in love). You can chose from original, hot, spicy and smokey garlic--which the Hungry Girl girls said was their favorite...More about Hungry Girl to come. These guys run from about $12.00 to $42.00 depending on the size.

Loveliness for your lovely face

Happy Monday, everyone! The end of the day is near and I thought that I might pass the time with one of my flavorite face products... A friend of mine actually introduced me to this glorious stuff and basically, its a color corrector for your face.. it just evens out your skin tone.. I actually stopped wearing powder after using this (oh yea, that good) plus it makes your skin feel silky smooth.. You can purchase this from Sephora for $36 and it actually lasts quite a while (but I also am too lazy to wear a lot of make up everyday sooo..)

Here's what Sephora has to say about it:

One Step Correct
What it is:

An innovative, three-in-one serum that contains three color-correcting, moisturizing brighteners for flawless looking skin.

What it does:
The newest addition to Stila's One Step category, One Step Correct is a ground-breaking, triple-swirled helix serum that instantly color corrects, brightens, primes, and nourishes the skin. On top of the immediately gratifying benefits, the infusion of Stila's exclusive Youth Revival Bio-Available Mineral Complex™ improves skintone, evens out the complexion, and helps smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

I also discovered earlier today, while browsing through Sephora, that they now have a bronzer and face illuminator which might be nice for summ summ summmaatime for that sunkissed glow... or for drabby winter days, like today!

One Step Bronze Skin Tone Illuminating Bronzing Serum
What it is:
An serum that instantly bronzes, illuminates, primes and nourishes, and gives skin a sun-kissed glow.

What it does:
Energized with Stila's exclusive Youth Revival Bio-Available Mineral Complex™ One Step Bronze reads and reacts to the skin's needs and immediately goes to work to improve skintone, even out the complexion, and smooth the appearance of fine line and wrinkles. The oil-free, triple-helix formula contains three illuminating bronzers that work in tandem to bronze, illuminate, and create a gorgeous glow.

Boom! Have a lovely day, all!
